that's totally what our cat belle looks like when you go to leave the house and then BAM! she leaps like that up on to your back/shoulders (she usually circles around you meowing, crouching and looking for the best place on your to leap).

she did it to our friend that is afraid of cats, he screamed, she leapt immediately off like that to the table.
