kid robot

so last night we braved the crowds for the kid robot opening. an hour in line outside, an hour in line to get to the back of the tiny 20 yard deep store (if that), and then another hour to get back to the front where gary baseman was signing. 3 hours was a long time to get cranky and annoyed at all the people around us, namely the line cloggers who bought 3+ dumb luck figures to obviously sell on ebay. but gary was gratiously signing these attempts to make a buck off of him and taking the time to talk to everyone. he drew hotchachacha on my book :) love that guy!
