I received the following email this morning, the woman who gave me dreds back in 2000 has passed away

To all in cyberspace:
We have lost a dear friend, sister, daughter, mother, grandmother, supreme being...Sonia Peterson. She was the creator, the inventor, innovator, and immortal in the hair world; an immortal in the universe. She passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 23, 2004. She was dearly loved.

A visitation and memorial service to be held Tuesday
April 27 from 2pm-5pm,
with a time of sharing at 4pm.
