t mobile is the suck

while we were in hawaii and in desperate need of cells to get in touch with everyone as they got lost around the island, t mobile decided to shut off our service because my bill was returned to them undelivered. apparently they just needed my new address and this was the best approach. I just sent them the following, I hope it was scathing enough, I'm just so tired!

What kind of policy is it to DISCONNECT my phone because you didn't have my address??? I pay ALL my bills in full on time, it is my thought that if having my address was so important DESPITE continuing to receive payment, you could have CALLED ME. I can't wait until my year is up so I can cancel my service. I will advise all my friends to do the same.
